What happens when you browse

Hostinger hosts the website. Delivering and protecting it involves processing connection information such as an IP address, requested address, browser information, request time and technical errors. We use this technical information to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.

Optional Google Analytics

If you accept analytics in our privacy controls, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website and improve its content and performance. Google receives information about page visits and sessions, approximate location, browser/device information and cookie identifiers. Our tag does not load or send analytics requests before you consent. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you using the site.

Our website tag disables Google signals and advertising-personalisation features. It does not intentionally send the values you enter in our contact form to Analytics. We exclude query strings and fragments from the page address and referrer supplied by our tag. Google processes connection information to provide the service; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to monitor how this site appears in Google Search, including search performance and indexing information supplied by Google. The verification meta tag on this website confirms our control of the site. It does not itself set visitor cookies, load Google Analytics or send an on-site visitor analytics event.

Enquiries and email

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and message. The values remain in the page until you choose Submit, which opens a prepared message in your email application. The website does not send the form to a database or a form-processing service. Your message reaches us only if you send it from your email application. Your email provider’s own handling of that draft and message also applies.

If you email us, we receive the message, contact details and any information you include. We use these to respond to your enquiry and manage relevant business correspondence. Avoid including sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.

Videos, maps and external links

Images, fonts, scripts and background or preview clips used by the current site are served from this website. Some full films are delivered as direct video files by Publitio at media.publit.io when you choose Play. The media provider then receives the connection information needed to deliver the file, including your IP address and browser/request information. We do not embed a YouTube or Vimeo player in this version of the site.

The contact-page location link opens Google Maps only when you follow it. Social and partner links also take you to external websites. Their processing is governed by their own policies, and any cookies or storage used on those websites are controlled by the relevant provider. Cookies and your choices

Analytics is optional and off until you accept it. Use Cookie preferences at any time to accept, reject or change your choice. Closing the panel or continuing to browse does not give consent. If you withdraw permission after Analytics has loaded, we stop it, remove its accessible first-party cookies and reload the page so the Google tag is no longer loaded. This does not erase information already received by Google.

Browsers may impose shorter storage periods. We ask for a new choice when the saved preference expires or is cleared. If your browser blocks local storage, we cannot remember your choice after this page closes. Browser caching may also retain website files to help pages load. Hosting or security services may use essential technical mechanisms to deliver and protect requests.

You can choose not to play externally delivered films or follow external links, and use browser settings to inspect or clear cookies, cached files and site data. Search Console verification does not require an analytics cookie choice. We do not load Hubalz, Leadfeeder or advertising pixels in this version of the website.

Why we use personal information

We rely on your consent for optional Google Analytics and its cookies. You can withdraw that consent through Cookie preferences at any time.

We rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the website, respond to ordinary enquiries and manage business correspondence, while taking account of your rights. Where your enquiry is about a proposed contract with us, we may also process information to take steps at your request before entering that contract. We may retain or disclose information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation. We do not treat simply browsing the site as consent to marketing or optional tracking.

Sharing, retention and providers

Information may be handled by the hosting, email, analytics and media providers needed to operate these services, and by professional advisers or authorities where necessary or required by law. We do not sell enquiry information. Third-party providers may process information in countries outside the UK; contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal requirements. Technical records are managed through the relevant hosting or service provider. Analytics records are retained according to the settings of our Google Analytics property, which are separate from browser-cookie lifetimes. Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and obtain data in a portable format where applicable.
